Great place to stay. Clean and well stocked throughout. We cooked two dinners in the kitchen and had no problem. Appliances (washer/dryer, fridge, oven, dishwasher) were nice & newish and all worked great. Nice layout with 3rd bedroom & 2nd living room on top floor. 15-20 minute walk to PATH through a well traveled, safe area. Having a safe & convenient parking spot was also a plus!

We had an amazing stay here with a group of 9—honestly couldn’t have asked for a better setup. The place is super modern and beautifully put together, you can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. It wasn’t just nice to look at, but also really functional for a big group, with plenty of space and everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location made things easy too, just a quick 5-minute cab ride to the PATH station and about 30 minutes into Manhattan, so getting around was super convenient. Overall, it was an awesome experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo. Struttura vicina alla PATH, 20 minuti a piedi in zona sicura o comunque ben servita con mezzi pubblici. I gestori gentili nell'accoglienza e sempre molto disponibili a venire incontro alle esigenze presentate. Ottima struttura per famiglie o gruppi numerosi. Nel nostro caso 5.

Estuvimos más de una semana, el departamento muy acogedor y el anfitrión muy atento y al pendiente de nuestra llegada y de todo, muchas gracias por el detalle del café y los snacks con que nos recibieron. Me volvería a quedar en el mismo lugar.

We are family of 6 and really had a great time and enjoy our stay here. Everything was exactly like the description on the site. The host was very responsive and accomodating, the place was clean and complete with ammenities. As for the location, it is within walking distance of public transportations. 10 minutes from the closest PATH station and 3 minutes away from the closest Bus station. We highly recommend this place for travelers looking for a comfortable place to stay while in Hoboken.

I booked this stay quite urgently as I had a previous reservation fall through, and it was great. The space is nice and cozy. It is about a 20 minute walk to the PATH station in Journal Square. For the price, we were really happy with was provided.

We spent 4 nights here for our first trip to NYC. The place was just as pictured and very clean. The host gave very clear pictures and directions for entry prior to arrival. This made me feel very comfortable considering we were arriving around midnight. The path station for subways was a 15-17 min walk. The area felt pretty safe. The bus stop at the corner is not fully reliable for pick up and if you are catching the bus home make sure it’s the 119B or ask the driver to confirm they are going past the path station if you don’t want to make the walk. All the accommodations were perfect and we would definitely return again. The bed was comfortable for us and the home was nice and warm in cooler temps in March. We didn’t utilize the patio but it was nice to have in such a compact city.

The host property was very friendly and quick to respond to questions and to provide information! The apartment was beautiful, the backyard was amazing, and it was easy to access. It is about a 20 minute walk to the PATH so that was convenient to get into the city. The place was perfect for 3 of us, each with our own bathrooms, spacious, and well-kept - it felt brand new!
