We had a wonderful stay! After a long flight on a hot day, we were warmly welcomed, and the cold water waiting for us was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean, beautifully organized, and very well equipped. The beds were excellent and very comfortable, with just the right level of firmness for a great night’s sleep. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and nothing was missing. Our son especially loved the ice maker in the refrigerator, which was a fun extra touch. We truly enjoyed our stay and left with a big smile. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and for taking care of every detail. The apartment definitely deserves five stars!

Tetszett, hogy a hosszú utazás után könnyen bejutottunk a lakásba. A 3 hálószoba, nappali, fürdő és a plusz wc igazán kényelmessé tette 5 embernek a szállást. A tulajdonos gondoskodott frissítőröl és snackről. Mosógép és szárítógép is jó szolgálatot tett. A PATH rövid sétával elérhető.

L'appartement est très confortable il y a tout le nécessaire + de petites attentions comme l'eau au frais le café le sucre ainsi que des snacks à grignoter bien appréciable quand on arrive un peu tard et que l'on à pas eu le temps de faire des achats La communication avec Nerudan par message s'est faite très facilement le quartier est très agréable et tranquille Nous avons adoré hoboken très proche de manhattan environ 20 minutes de path selon où l'on va et à la fois très calme et serein Tous les commerces nécessaires sur place Un très bon séjour si je reviens à New-York ce sera sûrement au même endroit pour le logement Un peu de bruits des autres locataires mais la maison à le charme de l'ancien donc l'insonorisation est faible ce n'est pas très grave

We really enjoyed our stay here. After many Airbnb experiences, this house has truly been the best. There’s so much entertainment for kids — books, play cards, and TVs available everywhere. You can tell the owner puts their heart into this place and genuinely enjoys hosting.The location is very nice, with good neighborhoods and close access to several tourist attractions. All the beds were comfortable, everything was well organized and clean, and the home met all of our needs. You won’t get bored here either — there are plenty of books and thoughtful touches throughout the house.We would definitely visit again and plan to recommend this place to friends and family next year, as this route is perfect for our vacation. Ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo. Struttura vicina alla PATH, 20 minuti a piedi in zona sicura o comunque ben servita con mezzi pubblici. I gestori gentili nell'accoglienza e sempre molto disponibili a venire incontro alle esigenze presentate. Ottima struttura per famiglie o gruppi numerosi. Nel nostro caso 5.

The host is absolutely amazing. Very welcoming and friendly. I was able to extend my stay when I needed to and enjoyed my stay in this safe neighborhood. I would definitely recommend as I will be returning whenever i’m in the area!

The property had multiple beds and bedrooms to accommodate my large group. There was plenty of room for 5 teen boys and a mom. The property is on the second and 3rd floor. Climbing the steps was my least favorite but the property accommodated my needs.
